The Law Enforcement Academy Program Fund

The Law Enforcement Academy Program Fund was established to cover some of the expenses students pay to enter the Law Enforcement Academy at Pima Community College.

Students eligible to receive this award must have completed these five requirements to enter the program.

  • Background Investigation
  • Polygraph
  • Medical Examination
  • Fingerprints
  • AzDPS Fingerprints Card

The award is in the amount of $1,000 per student, and will be paid as a reimbursement for the cost of the completed requirements mentioned above. Students will receive the award two weeks upon starting at the academy.

Students will be selected by the Law Enforcement Committee.
