This endowment fund was established in honor of Marty L. Frailey. A dedicated teacher and a friend who believed in promoting life skills along with reading. She was the best at seeing everyone as a source of intelligence and ability who she was delighted to give encouragement. Marty swan, hiked, rode a bicycle & welcomed people to her home and life. She kept up with friends old and new, faithfully. Marty will be delighted that there are funds to continue her desires.
