Marcy brings 20 years of experience in the education industry, with 6 years leading Pima Foundation. She is passionate about her role helping donors achieve their philanthropic goals that, in turn, transform the lives of deserving students and enhance academic offerings at the College which contribute to the economic vitality of Tucson and Southern Arizona. In her spare time you’ll find her cooking, crafting, attending sports and being a lifelong learner.
Diana has over 30 years of experience working in non-profit philanthropy and donor development. Part of the team since 2023, Diana is passionate about meeting people, developing lasting business relationships, and helping donors to fulfill their philanthropic goals. She thoroughly enjoys sharing with donors, and the community, the value of PCC programs and services that assist students in their chosen field of study and continue to a successful career. In her spare time, you will find Diana reading, gardening, traveling in our RV, UA Men’s Basketball, and loving her 4 dogs.
For 20+ years, Saby has worked with top-level executives across various industries. She is highly skilled in leadership, department development, office organization and administration. She also enjoys assisting with putting together events. In addition to her leadership position with the Foundation, she travels as a bilingual, motivational speaker to women’s and leadership training conferences.
Krissy is a nonprofit pro who turns data chaos into clarity and loves making systems work smarter, not harder. With 20+ years of experience in donor engagement, CRM wizardry, and creative marketing, she brings both heart and hustle to every project. She’s all about clean data, great storytelling, and building tools that help teams shine. Whether she’s streamlining a process or launching a campaign, Krissy brings energy, curiosity, and a can-do attitude to the table.
As the primary point of contact for donors, Zulma oversees the effective recordkeeping and smooth operation of programs and scholarships. She manages existing funds and assists donors in establishing new ones. Additionally, her close collaboration with the College’s Office of Financial Aid ensures the success of the award process. Zulma complements her experience in the non-profit sector to her role at the Foundation to provide professional and caring assistance to our donors.
Savannah brings 5 years of marketing experience to our team. Known for her social media skills, she is passionate about sharing her creativity in various ways with the marketing team. She enjoys hosting the Pima Voices podcast, sharing with the community and beyond what PCC has to offer. Outside of work, you can find her sewing, designing and honing in on various art skills.
Cassondra brings 7 years of experience in the industry of fund accounting and grants management to our team since 2024. In her role, she ensures accuracy and transparency for all who have generously committed to supporting the education and advancement of former, current, and future PCC learners. In her spare time, you will find her curled up with a good book, cooking, and watching football.

Jennifer has a strong ability to secure vital funding for community-focused programs; identifying and cultivating donors, coordinating fundraising events, and serving as a dedicated liaison between the Foundation and the Athletics Department. She has a passion for building new relationships and expanding on existing ones and fundraising for Pima’s outstanding athletic program. In her spare time, you can find her coaching softball at Pima, spending time with family, and dancing.
Emily brings experience working in higher education and supporting large events. She is skilled in her organization and attention to detail. She is excited to host events that express PCC and the Foundation's gratitude to all donors. Outside of work, you will find her in the classroom as a substitute teacher, at UA football games, or trying out a new restaurant.
Katie brings an educational background in economics, with a natural ability to adjust quickly and attention to detail to her role. She is excited and eager to help streamline processes, making them more efficient while providing support to the team. In her spare time she enjoys painting, hiking, reading and cooking.
