President & CEO

Marcy has called Tucson home since 1988. Working for the University of Arizona (10+ years), other higher education institutions and non-profits, Marcy was named Executive Director of the Tucson Festival of Books and served the Festival from August 2012 until March 2017. She has presided as President of Pima Foundation since August 2018. Marcy sits on the Dean's Advisory Council, MSUCEHHD and holds a seat on the PCC Chancellor's Executive Leadership team and cabinet.

Director of Operations

For 20+ years, Saby has worked with top-level executives across various industries. And as an advertising industry and public relations Junior Account Executive, she coordinated both the front and back of house operations for special events. In addition to her leadership position with the Foundation, she travels as a bilingual, motivational speaker to women’s and leadership training conferences.

Marketing & Events Manager

Andrew is an entertainment, events, and marketing professional with nearly 25 years of experience in the entertainment/hospitality industry. He gained most of his leadership experience working in the orchestra industry as President & CEO of the Tucson Symphony Orchestra and nearly a decade with the Kansas City Symphony where he held the position of General Manager. Andrew’s goal is to always make things better and to think outside the box – "status quo is not our friend".

Rooted in her Sonoran culture, Zulma Tapia, has taken her experience as a professional baker/business owner and as an executive assistant as training in best practices for organizations with 501(c)(3) status. Zulma utilizes her passion for community and education in the fine points of endowment development and has created an active partnership with PCC's Scholarship & Financial Aid Office, Scholarship Universe and student success.
