The 2022–2024 fiscal years at Pima Foundation were truly one for the books. These past two years have been marked by incredible momentum, transformational growth, and a deepened commitment to supporting Pima Community College students and the Tucson community. The impact we’ve made together has been nothing short of inspiring.
With 2,171 donors and 8,396 gifts received, totaling an astounding $6,504,523 in support, we’ve seen firsthand the power of collective generosity. The numbers tell just part of the story—1,016 scholarships awarded means that 1,016 spirits were lifted, 1,016 futures made brighter, and 1,016 steps taken toward success.
Among the highlights of this historic period was the continued, unwavering support from the Connie Hillman Family Foundation, whose matching grant doubled the impact of so many generous gifts from new donors. Their partnership and support continue to fuel innovation and accessibility, providing life-changing opportunities for students and families across Southern Arizona.
The PimaSTART (Success Through Advance Reskilling and Training) program at the Center of Opportunity with Gospel Rescue Mission became a shining example of what’s possible when community, compassion, and education come together. It’s more than job training, it’s hope, it’s healing, it’s a second chance at life.
We also had the honor of welcoming new leadership, with Chancellor Jeffrey Nasse joining Pima Community College. His vision and dedication promise a new era of excellence and opportunity, and we’re proud to stand beside him in this next chapter.
As we approach a new fiscal year, our mission remains steadfast: to support the students, faculty, and programs of Pima Community College with heart, integrity, and purpose.
