Created to empower women who are survivors of abuse – physical, emotional, mental, or psychological – this scholarship provides educational opportunities that help women move forward, rebuild, and create lasting change in their lives.
The Natalie Fernandez Endowment Scholarship honors resilience, courage, and the belief that every woman deserves the chance to learn, thrive, and define her own future.
Healing. Education. Empowerment.
Scholarship Eligibility:
– Female students
– Any program of study
– Those who have survived violence or abuse
– Essay describing what motivates you to succeed, and how you plan to use your education to make a positive impact in your life and your community.
The award amount is based on credit enrollment.
• Full-time student (12+ units) for $1,500
• Part-time student (6-11 units) for $750
