Each year at Pima Foundation is one shaped by generosity, collaboration, and a shared belief in the power of education to transform lives. Our 2024–2025 Mission Impact Report captures the progress we’ve made together and the momentum that continues to move Pima Community College forward.

Over the past year, Pima Community College and Pima Foundation have continued to grow, evolve, and deepen our impact across Southern Arizona. Guided by the values of Integrity, Momentum, People, Advocacy, Community, and Transformation, this year’s report highlights the partnerships, programs, and individuals who make our mission possible.

Thanks to the support of our community, donors, and partners, the Foundation raised more than $3.1 million from 1,005 generous donors, strengthening opportunities for students and programs throughout the College. Their generosity directly supported student success, including $764,185 in scholarships awarded to 720 students, helping learners stay focused on their education and future careers.

This past fiscal year also marked major milestones for the College. Two transformative Centers of Excellence opened their doors, expanding hands-on training opportunities and preparing students for high-demand careers in healthcare and hospitality. These investments reflect Pima’s commitment to workforce development and to ensuring students graduate ready to make an impact in our community.

Beyond numbers and facilities, the report celebrates the people who make this work meaningful, students pursuing their dreams, donors investing in opportunity, faculty and staff guiding the next generation, and community partners helping shape the future of Southern Arizona.

The Impact Report also highlights new ways we’ve connected with our community, including the launch of the Pima Voices podcast, and our Foundation Stories blog series where we share the stories of the students, alumni, faculty, donors, and leaders who make Pima Community College such a special place.

At its heart, this report is about transformation, what happens when a community comes together to support education and opportunity.
